WHOLE WHEAT BLUEBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 banana 3/4 cup oat milk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 large egg, lightly beaten 1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Directions

 1. Combine all dry ingredients. 2. Mash banana with a fork or in a blender. 3. Combine wet ingredients. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 5. Add blueberries and chocolate chips to batter. 6. Place pan on medium heat. 7. Scoop 1/2 cup of batter onto pan for each pancake. Flip until each side is browned.
