1/4 lb small potatoes, 1/4 tsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp basil, 1 tbsp olive oil, dash of salt and pepper, 1 tbsp buffalo sauce, 1 tbsp ranch


 Preheat oven to 400F. Place potatoes on a pan with seasonings and olive oil. Mix together with hands. Place in the oven until potatoes are soft enough to smash with a fork. Once smashed, add buffalo sauce and bake for another 5 minutes. Take potatoes out and top with drizzled ranch.
