Each session is $25. For this price, you'll be getting a 1 hour session with me and the other group members to ask questions, learn about new topics/research, discover tips and tricks, and adopt best nutrition practices.

At least 12 hours in advance.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR ME?

I have 3 types of prenatal nutrition services: 1:1 counseling, meal planning, and this Baby Bump Educational Support Group. 1:1 counseling is for moms who want individualized, undivided support. Meal planning is for moms who have the a lot of the information and research down, but want to how to incorporate the appropriate foods into their daily nutrition. This Baby Bump Group is for moms who generally want to learn more about prenatal nutrition, have come across random problems they want to troubleshoot, & want to have a forum that they can come back to each week for support and to ask questions.
