HOW LONG IS THE GROUP PROGRAM AND WHAT'S INCLUDED?
This program is 12 weeks long with bi-weekly LIVE group calls, regular Q&A sessions to support your journey, a private community group, Prenatal Nutrition Program workbook and modules, and journal prompts and videos to help you nutritionally support your pregnancy.
WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?
The next round will start in February 2023.
HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR ME?
Ava was trained as a Maternal and Pediatric Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor and works with women to ensure nutritional adequacy during pregnancy. Ava uses a combination of research-based framework and women's personal needs and preferences to help moms decrease risk of birth defects and gestational diabetes, and increase developmental success using a gentle but effective approach to counseling. If you're pregnant or trying to conceive and looking for support, confidence, education, and reassurance, this is the program for you!
IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes, we have varying options for your budget. Beyond the pay in full option, we also have options for payment plans that stretch out the monthly payments over 3 or 6 months.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER THE COST OF THIS PROGRAM?
Ava is currently in network with Aetna insurance and will check your eligibility prior to signing up for this program as inquired. For all other insurance carriers, Ava can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
