HOW LONG IS THE GROUP PROGRAM AND WHAT'S INCLUDED?
This program is 12 weeks long with bi-weekly LIVE group calls, regular Q&A sessions to support your journey, a private community group, Nutrition 4 Life workbook and modules, and journal prompts and videos to help you achieve your ideal weight and improve your health
WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?
The next round will start in April 2023- perfect timing to invest in yourself as we've settled into the New Year.
HOW DO I KNOW THIS WORKS?
Ava was trained to be a Registered Dietitian for 5 years, working with patients to help improve their nutrition and overall health, and has finally decided it's time to create a program more people can be a part of. Ava uses a research-based framework to help women find sustainability while still enjoying food as a part of life. You must put in the work but with what you get in the program, she knows this will transform your life.
IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes, we have varying options for your budget. Beyond the pay in full option, we also have options for payment plans that stretch out the monthly payments over 3 or 6 months.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER THE COST OF THIS PROGRAM?
Ava is currently in network with Aetna insurance and will check your eligibility prior to signing up for this program as inquired. For all other insurance carriers, Ava can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
