 1 lb de-shelled, de-veined shrimp, 1 lemon, 1 lb whole wheat pasta of your choice, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp Trader Joe's lemon pepper, 1/4 tsp basil, 1/2 cup pasta water, 1/2 tbsp vegan butter


 Boil a medium pot of water and add in pasta. While pasta is cooking, add onion, grated parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, Trader Joe's lemon pepper, juice from 1/2 of a lemon, and basil on low heat in a large pan. After about 5 minutes, add shrimp to olive oil mixture. Once shrimp is pink, add pasta to pan with a small amount of pasta water. Chop the remaining lemon into wedges and serve overtop of the dish.
