GETTING YOURSELF BACK GREEN SALAD

Ingredients

1 cup chopped swiss chard

1 cup chopped kale 

1 cup chopped beet greens

1/4 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

1/2 tbsp avocado oil 

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Drizzle of balsamic glaze 

2 tbsp pine nuts

Directions

In a medium pan, saute greens in 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder and red pepper flakes until soft and pliable (about 5-7 minutes). Place in a large bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients to top
