The first 15-20 minutes of each session, you'll learn all about the listed topic. For the last 40-45 minutes, you will be able to ask questions and troubleshoot with Ava and the rest of the group!

Each session is $25. For this price, you'll be getting a 1 hour session with me and the other group members to ask questions, learn about new topics/research, discover tips and tricks, and adopt best nutrition practices.

Eat Well Program. 1:1 counseling is for those who want individualized,
undivided support. Meal planning is for those who have some knowledge of nutrition, but want to get an idea of how to create meals that support their goals. This Eat Well Program is for those who generally want to learn more about nutrition, have come across random problems they want to troubleshoot, have experimented with fad diets in the past that haven't worked, & want to have a forum that they can come back to each week for support and information.
