3 cups whole wheat pasta, 2 cups small mushrooms, 2 cups of halved grape tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 teaspoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, dash of salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp oat milk


Boil a medium pot of water and add pasta. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion to a pan on medium heat with a splash of olive oil and minced garlic. Once onions are soft, reduce heat to low and add flour and oat milk. This will create a creamy base. Once pasta has reached desired texture, drain and add to vegetable pan. Add olive oil and spices. Serve.
