CAULIFLOWER GNOCCHI PRIMAVERA

Ingredients

2 cups Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi, 2 cups broccoli, 1 cup sliced baby tomatoes, 1/2 cup oat milk, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp tomato paste, minced garlic, lemon black pepper, salt, olive oil.


Directions

Lightly spray a large pan with olive oil. Once hot, add frozen cauliflower gnocchi. Once gnocchi are beginning to soften, add broccoli, tomatoes, minced garlic, and spices. After broccoli is soft, add oat milk, tomato paste and nutritional yeast. Once sauce is thick, serve!
