 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cauliflower, 2 tbsp chopped onion, handful of sun-dried tomatoes, 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup oat milk, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste, goat and parmesan cheese (as preferred)


 Cook broccoli and cauliflower to desired softness by steaming. In a large pan, add onion, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, oat milk, olive oil, nutritional yeast, and spices. Cook until slightly thick. Add broccoli and cauliflower to an oven-safe dish. Pour sauce on top. Sprinkle goat and parmesan cheese to top. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is crispy and melted.
