2 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup gouda cheese, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 6 large fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 2 cups grape tomatoes, 1 cup oat milk, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, dash of salt and pepper, 1 tsp dried basil


Add all components to a pot over medium - medium low heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted. Turn off heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Blend.
