AHI TUNA ON RICE

Ingredients:

5-ounce ahi tuna 

1 cup brown rice 

1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce 

1 tbsp honey 

1 tbsp sweet pepper dip (TJ's)

2 tsp sesame seeds 

Arugula to top 

Directions:

Saute tuna in soy sauce, honey, and sweet pepper dip for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator 

While tuna is sautéing, boil 3 cups of water. Add 1/2 cup of brown rice. Cook until soft.

Cook ahi tuna on a pan on the stove on medium-low heat for ~1-2 minutes on each side depending on how you prefer. 

Serve with sesame seeds and arugula to top.
